Ali Alamar, MD Internal Medicine Primary Care Practice

The front office staff has been extremely unprofessional. Calls are left on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected, calls are answered while staff are laughing, and I have been given false information about people not being available when they were. I have also requested multiple times for messages to be relayed to the doctor and never received a response. as well as many emails being sent and never getting a response. Unfortunately, despite Dr. Ali Alamar and Mindy being wonderful, the front office staff has made this practice a very unpleasant place to receive care. Because of this, myself and others have made the decision to transition to another provider. Thank you, Doctor Alamar & Mindy, for all of your help.

Called to talk to Doctor 3 times . Was hung up on 2 times talk to some one the 3rd time said they would talk to Doctor an call me back never did ! Very unprofessional!!! The office is the Worst. An the Doctor don't seem to care!!!PATIENT. Thomas sisk.

I am so blessed being a patient of Dr Ali Alamar and Mandeep Kaur and their medical interns. I feel so "taken care of" and supported. My cancer journey is much less stressful because of them. So grateful!

Although I tried to be very patient with this office. I have not been satisfied. The front desk team is not friendly at all. I’ve call a few times just to speak to someone and after staying on hold for 15 mins the line disconnects. It is very sad to know that my paycheck takes out $700 for myself and my child for healthcare. And the healthcare workers treat the patients as if they were trash on the street. The team simply does not care as you can tell as soon as you check in. I suggest to get another doctor who has a better front desk team or drop dead.

My experience for a couple of years now is positive. Girls are friendly enough. The nurse practitioner is knowledgeable. Dr Alamar now comes in the exam room because I am very ill. Ni complaints
