I need to share my story: This is a highly positive review. Dr. Heard & every single tech/assistant/front desk went above and beyond to help me through a tough (for me) procedure. My first appt i was terrified and in tears and he explained to me in detail how he was gonna help me get through this next appt together. YEARS before I visited a different office & I had an extremely traumatic experience. I had also struggled my whole child hood with dental work. I wanted others to know that its very possible to be comfortable and supported through it all. I had honestly thought I couldnt get through another without sedation. Yesterday Algood Family Dentistry changed my entire dental life from now on. I have another appt for another tooth coming up, and I can honestly say for the first time ...

I know people don't generally like going to the dentist for good reason, however, I MUST admit the Doctor and his staff make you feel welcome and comfortable ESPECIALLY when you're apprehensive about going in the first place. Friendly and clean professional environment makes the icing on the cake! Thank you ALL for your dedication to service EXCELLENCE!

I'm a fairly new patient of Algood Family Dentistry, but after just two visits I felt I had to review this wonderful practice and share how impressed I am with everyone there. Dr. Heard is very professional and thorough, and yet totally engaging in his demeanor. His staff is absolutely amazing: telephone calls are answered cheerfully and respectfully; the office personnel are skillful and knowledgeable; and everyone is delightful to deal with. I have several more upcoming visits to deal with some long-neglected issues, and I have no doubt my dental health is in skillful and caring hands.
