I have been going to Dr. Munoz for over 5 years now. I can say he is a great dentist. I don't understand the bad reviews for the staff. Evelyn, Anna, Miguel and Lucy are all wonderful. There are a few more staff members which I don't know their names but they too are all great. Evelyn is like a couple who have children. She has to be the "bad guy" because she is the one that must give the bad news that the insurance company is not covering all of your cost for procedures. The fault does not lay with her. The fault is with your insurance company. This is a busy busy busy office. They have many patients. Yes, sometimes you have to wait long but keep in mind that some people need emergency work. I would like to thank Dr. Alfredo Munoz, his wife Ana, his receptionist Evelyn, and his staff for the amazing treatment I have been given in his office these past few days. I am usually panic stricken, and have highly sensitive teeth and gums, this is the very first time that I have NOT needed gas to get any kind of treatment performed. It has been painless, stressless. The doctor and his staff are very kind, empathetic, understanding, and have explained everything that is going to be done in a plain and understandable manner to me. I had changed dental insurance and when I put my zip code in the dental insurance web site, Dr. Muñoz office was close to my home. I had servier tooth pain due to a cavity in my back wisdom tooth. I also desperately needed a deep cleaning. I expected a very high bill because with my old insurance, the previous dental services was quoted in the thousands. To my comforting surprise, Dr. Muñoz took care of me. He did my extraction, cleaning all in one visit. You can be the best dentist on the world, but when your Frontline office workers are crude and rude you do not have a chance. Wake up Dr.Munoz that lady with the blondish curly hair is very bad for your business and will be detrimental in your practices success.

Awful service, the person with glasses at the counter is so unprofessional, talking in front of the patients about the other co worker that wasn’t there, disrespectful, you walk into the clinic and she don’t even say good morning or anything, talk to you like she mad with your visit nasty attitude. Same thing with the dentist assistant, walked into the clinic without looking at the patient’s and no good morning at all, totally a mess obviously not going back there…
