Dr. Okeke has a terrible and I mean terrible bedside manner. Any suggestions I have or questions about my symptoms and if they're related to my diagnosis, the answer is always no. He has no suggestions as far as diet change, or anything for that matter on what to do to alleviate symptoms and improve my condition. It's basically take the medicine and that's it. Even after doing research and I present with symptoms that go with my diagnosis he continues to tell me that it's not related. Told me I must have arthritis at 35.... when I complained of joint pain. All he does is adjust meds and look at basic thyroid labs, no additional testing to look into the root cause. Waste of even going to an appointment. Truly. Rude, didn't hear me out about a condition that I was diagnosed with. Kept arguing with me saying I didn't have it, but had already been diagnosed with it by a specialty doctor. If it didn't fit his criteria he wasn't having it. If you want someone to listen to you and treat you with respect don't go to him 👍

Just absolutely the worst doctor I’ve ever met. I’ve been diabetic for 12 years and moved around a lot so I’ve had a fair share of endocrinologists. He does not listen to anything I am saying and the appointments are pointless. There have been no care plans or treatment adjustments yet he continues to tell me my blood sugar levels are too high. The office refuses to return calls. For MONTHS he has refused to sign off on paperwork for my medical supplies. Even my medical suppliers have resulted in trying to handle things and have called and tried using local reps to reach him but they avoid calls and refuse to sign any paperwork. I’ve even had to result to calling my primary care doctors just to get insulin. He may be one of the only doctors in this area but do yourself a favor and drive so

Dr. Okeke is amazing but his nurses don't return calls. Diabetic for 31 years and never ran out of insulin til now. All I needed was a call back but nothing. Makes me think about going to new office. So disappointed in the nursing staff. Just makes you feel like they don't care.

Dr Okeke order test without telling me about it or explaining why he wanted to do it. He let the person making my next appointment tell me he had ordered the test and then I had to go back to get a nurse to explain why he wanted the test. He I discussed my concerns at my last appointment and I will wait to see if it did any good. I also had a problem with staff about prescription refills twice this year. The first time my pharmacy requested refill 2 or 3 time without any results. I finally had to go to the office and watch the nurse sent the refill for myself. The second time occurred with my last visit when I requested refills for my insulin. My insulin comes in 300 unit pens with 5 pens per box. Early this year they increased my dose to the point where one box would not cover 30
