Alford Pediatric & General Dentistry

My first introduction to this practice was with Dr. Jacqueline Alford and Dental Assistant, Victoria. I took my 4 month old in because there was some staining on his teeth we were concerned about. Victoria was so gentle and sweet, and Dr. Jacqueline was super engaged, encouraging, and informative. I love the experience so much, I myself switch from my previous practice to get established with them! I saw Dr. Jacqueline’s spouse, Dr. Jason Alford, who does the adult dentistry, and he was super kind, relaxed, and thorough. I even got to see Victoria again as my dental assistant (and she remembered my son and I from our previous visit). Not to mention, the biggest Green Flag was when I called the office to make my new patient appointment for myself, Dr. Jacqueline needed up answering the phon

I truly cant speak highly enough of this practice. My son had a dental emergency over a weekend a a couple months ago and we weren’t even establish with practice yet and they got us in on a Monday. Dr Jackie Alford was so great with my son. She took the time to go over every detail related to his tooth and answered all our questions. We had our first follow up appointment today and again got exceptional care. The dental hygienist was so welcoming, nice and easy to talk to, it honestly felt like talking with another mom at the park. Again Dr Jackie Alford was so kind and reassuring and spend time going over brushing care and teething details. I never feel rushed here and everyone genuine seems like they care and enjoy where they work. 10/10 recommend bringing your kiddo to this practice.

Beyond the exceptional chair-side manner, the care my family has received is first-rate. My children nor I have ever received better care. My teeth always feel great after a visit. My children are always so well cared for and supported. The Dr.s Alford always take the time to discuss my X-rays and long-term treatment plan with total transparency. I have never felt rushed or pushed into unnecessary procedures. The administrative staff is also wonderful—scheduling appointments is easy, and they are always efficient and helpful with insurance questions. If you are looking for a dentist who combines expert knowledge with genuine compassion and an incredibly gentle touch, you absolutely must book an appointment here. They deserve every one of these five stars!

We love Dr. Alford and her staff. They are always very thorough and very gentle and friendly for my child’s checkups. This is a great quality practice and we have had nothing but the best experience with them.

I never write reviews. Alford dentistry is absolutely worth doing it for though. I want a dentist for my family and I thats going to be around a long time and this is the office. A family atmosphere that you don't feel as if though your just another number in line that they are going to charge your insurance and move on. The customer service of this office is fantastic which is alot to say as customer service these days is nearly non existent. Thank you Alford dentistry. Your truly the best.
