I set the bar high when it comes to doctors and their staff. Anthony and his staff sailed over the bar! I have had consistent interaction with Crystal Johnson and we speak on a monthly basis. Whether it be sorting out my appointments for me, checking if my meds have changed, answering questions, assisting with obtaining forms required, or simply checking on my general well-being, I have found Crystal to be competent, well informed, friendly and professional. She is an asset to both Alfieri Cardiology and me! It goes without saying that I am more than pleased with both Anthonly Alfieri and his staff.

Cindy of Alfieri Cardiology's Chronic Care Dept. calls me each month to check how I am feeling while addressing all my questions and issues that I have presented to her. I Called and made an appointment was told they could provide me with a physical. I took off work and drove 50 mins to get there where then I was denied serviced saying “they aren’t qualified” to do that type of work. Extremely disorganized, why would they tell me over the phone they can provide a service and I was assured they could definitely then denied service upon arriving. The NP did not even attempt to help me when I handed her the packet she told me “I can’t do this” no “hello” “how are you.” Extremely unprofessional to make me sit in the lobby and do all the new patient paperwork just to deny me service. I will never be back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it seems like they are desperate for $$$ signs all over the lobby about copays before you are seen. I have never

My experience with no Chronic Care team has been nothing but positive and they all been Supportive with my needs..I am extremely happy to have given them a try for my care.. The Best Choice!
