Went here postpartum for regular cleaning and X-rays. I have never had a cavity or dental work only regular cleanings. I have one chipped molar that I haven’t had issues with. I was told by this dr I had a “large cavity” on the chipped tooth and needed an inlay (not a filling) to fix it. This would basically drill away half my tooth. She also said I need a “deep cleaning probably inflammation from having been pregnant. “ she said I was “pre gum disease”. The chipped tooth didn’t ever hurt or feel like there was a cavity. Since I have had no dental work I decided to get another opinion to make sure before letting anyone drill on my teeth. At my second opinion visit from a dr who’s not a hmo clinic but a fee for service dr, I was actually complimented on how good my teeth were cared for. T
