From check-in to check-out, the patient experience is marvelous. Dr. Shah is by far the most knowledgeable and empathetic doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and receiving care from. He explains things at depth, follows up to ensure patient understanding, and has been a wonderful advocate behind the scenes regarding complex insurance matters. Even on visits where I’m unable to be seen by him due to scheduling conflicts, the other care providers here have been just as wonderful and thorough.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I also loved how Dr. Shah was easy to work with. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although this was the first time I have met Dr. Shah, I felt like I have known him for a while. The staff members from the front desk to the back were kind and friendly. I felt very comfortable in this location and the staff.

I’ve been seeing Alexandria Associates in Dermatology for over 10 years. The office is always accommodating, professional, and efficient. Dr Bray is simply the best. Takes the time to listen, talk about the condition, and explains alternatives and options. Amazing bedside manner, technical skills, and knowledge. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice 100%.

Dr. Hou is wonderful. She is incredibly nice and comforting. She takes interest in learning about you and your family, which creates a strong trust and bond between patient and doctor. I never feel rushed and always receive the best treatment. Her suture skills are impressive and leaves almost invisible scars. I highly recommend Dr. Hou!

First, let me say that I think the best of Dr. Trevor Hansen. But, my last visit was absolutely terrible. In May, Dr. Hansen removed a lesion on my right shoulder, telling me that the stitches would dissolve in about 3 months. In October, after two months of pain from sutures above the skin and pressing on nerves, I asked for an appointment with Hansen to remove them. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that I would see a Medical Assistant (MA) and Hansen was on paternity leave. No call prior to warn me. Amanda calls my name in the waiting room and races down the hallway yelling back to me her name and she would take care of me. She wants to take photos, after I have already submitted photos days before my arrival. She takes a photo but never touches the site to really understand
