It was my first time visiting Dr Gunter therefore I had to update her about why I was visiting her. She gave me ALL HER ATTENTION to begin with which made feel to have complete confidence in her! She was never rushed and let me feel like I was the only patient she was seen. JUST EXCELLENT!

Always read reviews! You never know when people will leave a review for a medical provider when their complaint is unrelated, thus skewing the rating… Anyway. Alex is amazing. She made me feel heard and was thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and above all extremely helpful. That’s not something I receive all the time, so when I do I try to make sure I reciprocate by making my greatly positive experience known.

I am very happy that I was seen by Alexandra. She listened and spend quality time with me. She explained condition and treatment. Answered all my questions, went above and beyond. No waiting time

She is more kind than the Dr. itself and more respectful.

This practice leaves a lot to be desired. After my original doctor retired, the service plummeted. They do not call after testing, they give you the run around and at my scheduled appointment last week, I checked in and paid my copay, and they office closed and everyone left. I realized it after waiting an hour, I went to reception to see that no one was there!!! I haven't received a call since then either. Completely UNACCEPTABLE.
