Alexander Geng MD Radiation Oncology and Radiosurgery

I am very selective when it comes to choosing my doctors. As a critical care nurse, I value physicians who are not only highly knowledgeable, but who truly care about their patients rather than focusing on financial gain. Dr. Geng is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is exceptionally caring, compassionate, and clinically skilled. He treats his patients as if they were family, takes the time to answer questions thoroughly, and consistently performs thoughtful and comprehensive physical examinations. His dedication to patient-centered care is truly remarkable. It is a great loss that the Oncology Radiation Department at UCSF Hyde was shut down and that UCSF chose not to retain such a valuable physician.

Dr. Geng and his team is super professional and took care of my mom with the urgency and care possible for her treatment. He thoroughly examined medical findings, ordered additional examinations, and implemented the treatment in the utmost urgency for mom's late cancer treatment.

Dr. Geng is very patient when interacting with his patient and the family members. Each visit we have had was very thorough and we leave the office with a very clear plan on what to expect with our next visit. The staff members at the office are courteous and follow through with coordinating different aspects of our care. We really appreciate and grateful for all this office has done for my father.
