I would never recommend this place. They never gave me one prescription that was a "hard" one for travel. For all I know they kept it! They changed "suppliers" so my important prescription looked completely different. First time in 10 years. So I was concerned that it was wrong. They never communicated or warned me which I found irresponsible. Now we use HEB and my medicine looks right. They never keep them. They have a drive up windows. They have a mobile information. I love it. I would go there.

The staff is so nice, and they always fill my RXs in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!!!

We LOVE Alexa Pharmacy! After ten years of using Kroger our insurance changed and Kroger was no longer in-network. Before we switched to Alexa I called around to several major pharmacies and was on hold for 20 minutes each time and then received less than warm assistance (sometimes outright rude customer service with sighs) when I explained our situation. The other pharmacies showed zero interest in helping me so my journey for a new pharmacy continued. When I called Alexa Pharmacy there were no endless prompts/options for me to select. I immediately had someone pick up the phone and greet me professionally, when I explained what I needed to do the employee was kind, professional and courteous. This is a neighborhood pharmacy and provides great customer service. I have my prescriptions filled regularly. The staff is caring and answers any questions regarding the medications dispensed. For new prescriptions they ask if I have questions about the dosage, side effects effect. Could not be more satisfied. At one time they even ordered a medication that my daughter is used to and wanted that particular one from a specific manufacturer. I would like all to support this pharmacy who cares better than chain ones.

Very helpful and the price was very reasonable, I appreciate it, I just wish you could all communicate better and not make the customer wait there when the medication wasn’t going to be ready until the next day.
