Ive had this doctor for a year now. Im paralyzed and have had many doctors in the last ten years. NEVER have I had a doctor or doctors office care so much. I go into the office less than ten minite wait. I call to make a appointment he sees me next day. I called 20 doctors and it was a month out. This doctor is Fresnos best kept secret. I would do anything to keep this doctor. Even if it met changing my insurance. Thanks so much AYH 🙏 you're truly the best!

They changed my appt 3 times then we finally went in today wasted 3 hours of our time in 110° of heat. They were nice and doctor was nice to, til the jerk in him came out and refused us both and they didnt even make us fill out a form. But he pissed me off so did his one staff member. There was no one there and yet we were there over 3 hours only to get turned away. He killed me with his kindness. Literally we were only ones there. He advertises as a Primary and tells me he cant take us… thank you for disappointing us and wasting our precious time on the likes of you. And this was Ashlan and Willow location FY I

I gave a 5-star rating because the staff is exceptionally helpful, and Dr. Hernandez is refreshingly honest. He takes the time to explore every possible option and clearly explains each step, answering all my questions with patience and care.
