I cannot say enough good things about Dr Lazarev!!! He is an amazing doctor. My husband needed a hip replacement but his other ailments caused 2 other doctors to turn him down. Dr Lazarev took the time to work with us, explaining the concerns, and getting us to a point where surgery was approved. He has a quality of life now that we never thought possible. If you are looking for a great orthopedic surgeon go see Dr Lazarev, the office staff are all so kind and accommodating, I promise you will not be disappointed!

I feel extremely fortunate to have had Dr. Aleksey Lazarev operate on my ankle and foot area. It was an emergency case; where by I was walking down a hill in Central Park and the mud was so slippery, I fell all the way down the mountain and I heard the click of the breakage. An ambulance drove to where I was and took me to Lenox Hill Hospital N.Y.C. There I discovered through e-rays that it was a terrible break and the whole foot was torn. He is very professional, attentive, he didnt rush like unfortunately many docs do nowdays, he explained me everything about my fractures, he changed my cast from the one i got in ER which was horror. i feel immediate relief from my pain.
