Customer Reviews
Worst customer service experience ever. Was a walk in for wic, the women at the counter told me to sit down when I asked to make an appointment because she was “busy”. Busy talking to the other receptionist. We sat down and waited for about ten mins and then I went to the front to ask to make an appointment. She said I was free to wait. I couldn’t wait because I had another appointment. I asked if there was an email to make an appointment because my phone isn’t working. She said no. She had an attitude and refused to make an appointment for me. I cannot believe the service at this location.
I am very unhappy with this place they are rude and inconsiderate and not very helpful. They gave me and my wife attitude today. They’ve been messing us over on our wicks stuff. I’m not happy with this place on 38 and I’ve never experienced work like this. This is ridiculous.this place is a joke I am done so am dropping this place and me and my wife are going do it on are on our own am so made right now cents we got with this place they have been really mess up they left u with non formula for three weeks. They learn about loading it on her card. So yeah watch out for this place🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
The NMDOH staff were so, so helpful when I needed a vital record on short notice for a passport appointment and was out of state. I called and they were able to immediately process and overnight my record to me, which they absolutely did not have to do. Hugely appreciate your kind team, thank you!
Barbara the Nurse, is absolutely amazing. Patient and informative..I had a hundred questions about a positive TB test. She was able to advise on next steps and calm my nerves about the positive reading..l also got my covid imunization there. Because the staff is wonderful.
Department of Health really needs to get information correct before they start calling people with FALSE INFORMATION! On Dec 26th. 20+ co-workers of mine including myself were called from DOH stating we had all tested positive for COVID-19 on Dec 11th. At my job we get tested 2+ times a week. We have rapid tests so we find out within 15 minutes if we are positive. The lady over the phone said I tested positive and she wanted to get information from me. I told her she had her information incorrect. All my tests have been negative since I have been getting tested at work. She stated that she is just going off of what her information said. I told her well if I was positive its a bit too late to be calling because I've done exposed people at my work if that is true. I called my manager and
