If I could give a -100 I would!!!! The worst customer service from the owner/ pharmacist😡 he is ignorant, disrespectful and if you read his reviews I am not the first to express my discomfort and disappointment from someone that is supposed to be trusted in his community! If you can stay away from this place please do!!!

After using this pharmacy for years, I was sent a text stating my prescriptions would be transferred to the pharmacy of my choice because I had failed to pick up a prescription that could not be returned to the supplier. I was picking up from CVS because my prescription was sent to CVS. Through no fault of my own. I had to be calling my prescription carrier to find out where my prescriptions were going. This pharmacist is extremely rude and condescending. Funny how there is a high tech turnover! I also wanted to keep my business in Anthony, NM, but after being treated with such disrespect, I will now support to have a big chain pharmacy come in to the town and not have to rely on this sorry excuse for a pharmacist. I will gladly wait in line for an hour at Walgreens than have to deal

⭐☆☆☆☆ I really wanted to support a local pharmacy instead of going to a big chain, but this experience was extremely disappointing. Every time my doctor’s office (actually three different offices, on different occasions) sent prescriptions, somehow they never made it to this pharmacy. Supposedly I was getting calls and voicemails regarding my prescriptions, but I never received a single one. When I double-checked with my doctors, they all confirmed the prescriptions were sent correctly. I finally called the pharmacy and asked if they could kindly look into it, and instead of helping, I was told nothing was wrong with their system. Then the pharmacist abruptly hung up on me. Unfortunately, this review system doesn’t let me give zero stars — because if I could, I ABSOLUTELY would. The reason I am giving this pharmacy a ZERO-star rating. The pharmacist was unbelievably disrespectful and refused to verify my phone number so I could get alerts when my son’s prescription was ready. They claimed it was my responsibility to update my number—even though it has NOT changed. I drive all the way from El Paso to Anthony just to pick up my son’s prescriptions, and this pharmacist showed ZERO empathy or understanding. I have stopped going to this pharmacy because the pharmacist seems to think hes a dr and knows best for my health. I do drive to Las cruces to just not deal with his arrogance and lack of empathy for my needs as a patient. Please save yourself a headache and go to another pharmacy. I now go to mt christo pharmacy in sunland park. Friendly staff and great environment.
