Albertsons Pharmacy

Pretty much stopped shopping there because of bad in stock and high prices, but today was the last straw. I had 500 bonus points to use and redeemed them at the self checkout. An assistance light came on as the points didn’t go through, but total was subtracted. Explained what happened to Emma and got an oh well response. She said the points are still in there. They are not ! This happened before and then the cashier said the same thing and I lost the points then too. That’s like losing two $10 bills. It’s not so much the points as it’s the I don't give a crap about your attitude. She was pleasant, but just didn’t want to help me and on that note I’ll never go in there again.

Typical lazy, unmotivated waste. Got a text at 9am indicating "final text" to pick up my eye drops. I work everyday except for Sunday. Rushed over there before they closed. They told me that they already re-stocked the eye drops and were going to close in 5 minutes. I offered to pay using GoodRx instead of insurance. They said again that they close in 5 minutes. I'm no rocket scientist, but I guarantee that I can process a medication in less than 1 minute. Waste of time.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever picked up my prescriptions from, they called me telling me my order was ready through an automatic voice. Then I called back to make sure all three of my prescriptions are ready and she said the other two weren’t going to be ready until the following day and that she would make sure that they were already and they would give me a call the next day by 11 AM which they did give me another automatic call at 11 o’clock the next day. I wasn’t able to make it in for two days, and when I went today to go pick them up they did not have them ready. It is a waste of gas to keep having to come back-and-forth for prescriptions and this is not the first occasion. The last month was even worse they called me telling me all my prescriptions are ready but only one of

I needed to transfer my prescriptions due to a change in insurance and I chose Savon on Pico. They have been very timely with my refills and they are much more affordable than my last pharmacy. I’m grateful for their service.

Great place, I needed a Bday cake for my wife and Christina at the bakery was extremely nice and professional. It is not just the quality of the food but the staff that works there.
