Albertsons Pharmacy

Pharmacy staff is very helpful, and pharmacist gets prescriptions out promptly. I get a notice when prescription is ready, so that I can stop by at my convenience.

I've been calling for 3 days and no one EVER picks up the phone. Very frustrating.

Terrible customer service. Pharmacies have intimate information and I expect to be treated with respect and friendliness. Current personnel are cold, indifferent and dismissive. I will be transferring my Rx to another pharmacy.

Incompetent! People come to the pharmacy when they are sick and need help. I must say that the pharmacy assistance are amazing however, Sammy the pharmacist has atrocious customer service skills. I don’t know how anyone like that is allowed to be around people who need help. I’ve never ever been spoken to or treated the way Sammy treated me in my life At 62 years old! I wish they would screen these people better before they put them in a position like this. I always expect humble and courteous Care from my neighborhood, Pharmacy, which I did not receive receive here! I was just in shock the way I was spoken to and treated! Their mailbox is often full and can't accept messages. An indication, perhaps, of being poorly staffed.
