Albertsons Pharmacy

Pharmacy tech told me my insurance was denying my prescription refill when it was the pharmacy technician not submitting the request. Spent needless hours going back and forth between my doctor, pharmacy and insurance company when it was an easy fix. Ridiculous and unnecessary for patients to go through.

The staff goes above and beyond providing meds and information that contributes to my welfare. On more than one occasion Chris Rutherford, pharmacist, has gone out of his way to tell me something incredibly important about a medication prescribed to me that my physician neglected to provide. I'm always greeted by name and and even frequently asked how my cats are! I believe that if there was any problem regarding my meds that they would go to any length to resolve it.

We've been using Sav-on since they moved in to Albertsons. They have always been helpful, & Fast at filling Rx's. Sooo helpful. Thank you all

Pharmacy tech confirmed prescription called in by MD, told me prescription would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I advised I would wait in store for prescription came back in 15 not ready. Waited another 30 minutes by this time in pain and discomfort needing medication. Prescription not ready yet, had not even been started! Explained my situation and it wasn't until pharmacist overheard me that they started working on my prescription. Tech then assumed I was medi-cal patient when I was paying for medication until card would not go through when processing. He then asked if I was paying with an HSA card, replied yes. Surprised he finally processed the purchase.

Staffed by real Ladies and Gentlemen❣️ We went here for our first COVID-19 vaccinations/ Moderna. Eight comfortable chairs in sufficient number were setup for waiting for eight folks’ vaccinations to thaw, vaccination administration and post-vaccination observation (for adverse reactions). This was a much to be preferred humane alternative to the much less personable PetCo Park massive immunization lines. SaveOn Pharmacy at Albertsons is where we’d go if we had to do this ... again!! Thank you, everyone on the SaveOn/Albertsons staff❣️❣️❣️
