This pharmacy has been nothing but helpful, friendly, and quick...kind employees with good attitudes. Thank you you're convenient as well.
I have been a customer for at least 5 years and the service just keeps getting worst here! They have filed my script in some random file so they are late filling it which messes up the following month refill. I call to let them know I'll be picking up my script 5 or 6 hrs before I arrive and still I am told to wait 15 minutes for them to fill them. They just don't care about the patients they are servicing. The front girl is less then friendly and appears to hate her job. I am so fed up I am filing a complaint with corporate office.. If I were you I would find a reliable pharmacy this is not it!
I would rather die then get any more prescriptions from here. DO NOT USE IF THIS IS FOR YOUR CHILD THERE are NO CHILD MEDICATIONs IN THIS PHARMACY EVER.
Decided to try this pharmacy out but after 8 months of frustration had to leave. They are so slow and super disorganized. Almost always there is a problem and had to come back 2-3 times just to pick up an easy prescription. Seems like they don’t care here and hate their job. Now at Rite Aid and never had a problem and they are super fast and nice!
This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever done business with. We, as a couple, have several prescriptions that we get filled regularly. I just this afternoon returned home empty handed because the three prescriptions I had ordered this morning were not ready at 4pm as promised. This is a frequent occurance at this store. Additionally, it seems the staff are bogged down with unnecessary procedures for dispensing medications. I've not found this to be the case ar other pharmacies. There never seems to be adequate staffing. One more thing, no question every employee deserves a lunch break but at this busy store location, it's out of the question for them to close the pharmacy for a lunch break. Surely, with proper scheduling, the pharmacy can remain open all day. No other pharma
