I normally use a different pharmacy, but after a visit to the Shelby clinic on a Saturday, this was the only place in the entire region that was open to fill my prescriptions, which I needed inmediately. The doctor sent in the prescriptions, and in the time it took for me to drive from Shelby to Cut Bank, all four were ready for pickup. When I got there, they already had my insurance info entered in (presumably from the clinic), and when one of the meds was not covered, they were able to find a discount that made it very affordable. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and verbally explained the purpose of each medication and how to use it. He was able to answer all my questions and was pleasant and kind. Everything was very quick and easy. This was probably my best experience ever at a pharma
The most amazing pharmacy! There aren’t a lot of options around here but the staff at this pharmacy are incredible! They treat me respectfully, always greet me, and are personable. Any time an issue has come up they have solved it. Thank y’all so so much for everything you do! 💖

Customer service is great. The Pharmacist called to let me know that one of my rx refill may be delayed due to the response time from my PCP.
