Albertsons Pharmacy

Wow, I was reading some of these other reviews and I must say I've never had any of these problems except for some rude service a couple times. Been going here for a couple years since Freddy's quit taking my insurance and they are always pretty fast at getting our scripts filled, never had to wait in line, never had wrong scripts filled,etc. The only bad experience we've had is a few rude techs a few times but lately they have been better. Must have gotten a talking to...( always the females) EDIT:A few days after I did this review we went in to get flu shots and Alyssa was very rude( we recognized her as previous rude tech) Not sure why she acts this way, as if she hates people

We went to the pharmacy for flu and covid vaccines. The process was smooth (we had appointments) and the staff were professional and cordial.

Edited from the first review..... The lady at the pharmacy this time went above and beyond the call of duty to answer my questions Thank God. Finally someone that don't blink. ❤️ Other than that this is one of my favorite places to go besides the incident that happened below I will now bring the one star up to a four.. Serious lack of communication in the Pharmacy!!! Awful customer service! I had to have a prescription filled before I got onto a flight I called 3 days in advance to make sure the medication was going to be there on time so I could make my flight. The day that my prescription was supposed to be filled they said that they did not have my medications in and they were just now going to order it. When I spoke to the woman 3 days prior she said everything would be ready by that

The pharmacist is ok and tries to help once you get there, but the technicians are not calling you if your script isn’t covered and need a prior authorization. They just put your stuff on file until you go in and find out. And basically you leave with nothing or pay for it. But you don’t know until you get there because they just put stuff on file??? What happened to letting the doctor know if they are the ones who “have to do it” ???

Happened today 2/9/24 approximately @2.30pm I don't know where you are getting these moody unprofessional, snobby pharmaceutical technicians but there is this one girl (dark hair,glasses,shoulder long hair) that has one nasty attitude. She needs some training in Customer service. She was snobby,rude and had so much hate in her tone of voice. I didn't even want to talk to the pharmacist, just to get away from her nasty energy. Management take note, this is not customer service or professionalism. You lose customers with people representing your establishment like that.
