Albertsons Pharmacy

We have gone to this Pharmacy for over 14 years , I have never had such Rude Pharmacy tech or whatever her title is. Her name is Sofia. She was very rude. I took my prescription to fill. She told me she needs to verify this prescription and talk to doctor before she can fill it. Then she told me she is too busy. I only saw one person and my understanding was she was not the pharmacist. So why was she there by herself and no pharmacist in the Pharmacy , we will never go to this Pharmacy again ..

Got our 2nd covid dose 12/28/21. Asked the pharmacist if she could please aspirate/pull the plunger to make sure she was not in a blood vessel. She said yes, no problem. Well it wasn't until after she gave me the vaccine that she said couldn't!? Why say yes and then not do it. I'm a young male in the age group that has shown risk for myocarditis after taking the vaccine. Making sure the vaccine is not given in a blood vessel greatly decreases the odds of developing myocarditis. This wasn't completely unprofessional...

They usually handle everything quickly.

Found everything I needed

I went to get my prescription and was told it was no longer available. Apparently when you are out of town for work they pull your auto-fil prescription after 13 days; even though I was getting a 90 day supply that does not expire for over a year. I returned the next day and this staff personal spent 7 minutes explaining this to me while 4 other customers waited instead of just giving me my prescription. At no point did I ask why.
