Dr.s Alberto and Cho are excellent Oral Surgeons. I was dealing with a very painful old root canal that went bad over a weekend, of course. I called the Vernon office before 8 AM on Monday. Dr. Alberto called me by 8:45 and told me she would definitely fit me in for an extraction even though they were short staffed and she was fully booked. She made absolutely sure I was totally numb and took care of my issue in an extremely compassionate and professional manner. I’ve used Dr. Cho in the past for two implants with a sinus lift. He was excellent. I was scared to death but they are both wonderful surgeons and they have a great staff as well. Never any pain. I will be getting another implant and I don’t care which one does it- I trust them both. Anyone needing oral surgery needs to use them.

Dr. Sung Cho was prompt, courteous, and paid attention to detail during the dental procedure. The doctor and staff members were amazing, providing helpful care, relaxing me and making me very comfortable. I had a tooth that cracked and was no longer fixable, so my only option was to have my tooth removed. I was so nervous and worried that the pain would be unbearable, although having Dr. Cho and his amazing team, they made this procedure painless and comfortable. This is the best dentist office; their customer service is great, Dr. Cho is thorough and knowledgeable, and the results were excellent! Everyone at the office from the staff to Dr. Cho showed genuine care and made sure I felt comfortable and at ease during my anxiety-inducing first visit. Thank-you 😊

I brought my mom for a tooth extraction and we saw Dr Ngai. He was professional, honest, straightforward. The procedure went great, staff paid attention to all that was happening and the outcome was great too. We had a follow up appointment and it went great as well! I highly recommended Dr. Ngai.

I have always had a high tolerance for pain (including 2 med-free natural childbirths), but whenever I need a dental procedure, whether it be a root canal, or even something simple, I enter “DENTAL HELL! Dr. Alberto is amazing. Let me start by saying I am a big baby when it comes to getting teeth removed, I have rescheduled and put this surgery off for 6 years because I was absolutely terrified. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed completely awake (just numbing shots & laughing gas) and I did not feel a thing! I’m now one day post removal and have 0 pain or swelling. I highly highly recommend Dr. Alberto, on top of being a boss at dentistry she’s also very sweet and reassuring if you’re scared like me which truly makes all the difference 🥹❤️
