Don’t go to this doctor for medical evaluations regarding workers comp. They told me this could take up to four hours, only took an hour and a half and the hour was in the waiting room. He didn’t ask me detailed questions and everything was really rushed. In his final report he noted my condition (caused by the accident on the job) four different times and in the final summary for how disabled I would be rated he didn’t mention my condition AT ALL. Which decides the treatment and payout I would receive. Happy I had a lawyer to look everything over and call him out. Do not trust Simpkins, he’s dishonest.

For new patients a great doctor. After surgery a good doctor. While in recovery a good doctor. Follow ups an okay doctor. Once the money stops the staff lets you know there was no payment for your last visit. Toward the end never helped with disabled plaque yet I was to disabled to return to my job. Then finally they (staff) thought I should see another doctor. I wish the spine center was in operation at the time of my surgery.
