I have seen Mr.Henderson for around 20 years and seen his daughter a few times.I have absolutely no complaints.I was honestly emotional when I had to get a Choclear Implant and was requested to use a Audiologist in VB that worked with the surgeon that did the implant.
Outstanding staff and Dr! Spent extra time with my elderly mom to get her hearing aids working correctly and explained the repairs and changes to settings so we could understand. Highly recommend this company.
Received my hearing aids here. The entire staff are awesome!! Very nice,take care of you completely and are very professional. Dr Henderson is the best! I won't go anywhere else.
Worst audiologist, the girls adjusting hearing aids never read my hearing test results. Just kept turning up volume . Background noise too much. Turns out I'm losing speach recognition. This is supposed to help you hear better. Not this place. Sell hearing aids, send you the door.
Have had good service from these folks with my hearring aids. Got them replaced when they would not connect to Bluetooth correctly.
