Albany Med Hacket Blvd

I went here yesterday for a CT scan. It was quite busy, all of the patients walking through the doors having their own individual health concerns. Given the nature of their operation you would think that the staff would be compassionate and try to place the patients at ease. Instead everyone was greeted by a woman who was curt and just plain nasty. When I took a seat after taking the forms that this woman handed out for completion, a woman seated next to me commented on just how nasty the receptionist was. Then the patient seated across from me made the same comment. None of us had encountered anyone like her before in a medical facility.
