You cannot do better than Dr Nigam as your surgeon, period. I knew nothing of him before my primary doctor selected Dr Nigam for my pancreatic cancer surgery. When I asked him how many surgeries like mine had he done, his answer was “hundreds”. I knew I was getting experience. Before my surgery AMC staff were telling me I got the dream team. After the surgery, to a person, the mention of Dr Nigam brought out compliments and obviously good feelings from every nurse, attendant or other doctors. Dr. Nigam just removed a tumor from a dangerous and difficult area. It was a complicated surgery and his skills were literally life-saving. Dr Nigam was the kindest most professional compassionate doctor I have ever had the opportunity to have an appointment with. His bedside manner is outstanding and goes beyond the call of duty in dealing with patient concerns.
