Loved the care i received here! The receptionist was very nice, i was seen quickly and the medical staff was caring!

Visited this urgent care for the first time and Iwas greeted warmly by two wonderful ladies, Francesca and Crystal. They helped me get my paperwork in and answered my questions for workman's comp the best that they could. While sitting in the lobby Dalia came by to check if I was okay or needed anything. The wait was about 10 minutes as the location seemed quiet this evening. The physicians that took care of me were very nice and caring. DR Spears was very knowledgeable and took her time, which is greatly appreciated. I will come back to this place again when needed, definitely recommend this location if you need to get a quick treatment.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been. I’ve currently been here almost an hour and a half maybe two hours. I’m still in the room have yet to be seen. They don’t go in order on when people get here. They put me in a room almost a half hour ago. And I have since been waiting as I hear them going into other rooms and seeing other people first who got here almost an hour after me. After being put in the room almost a half hour ago I’m still sitting here. The excuse they have is that they’re busy but from what I understand I thought they were supposed to go in order as to when you get here but that’s absolutely here nor there and they’re not.

Great service! Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I scheduled an appointment online and completed questionnaires before appointment. I was serviced and out the door in under one hour. Dahlia at front desk was very helpful, pleasant, and patient. Bridget was very thorough, listed well, and took the time to treat me. Highly recommended!

I will be filing a complaint with the New York State Department of Health against this “Urgent” Care facility. I thought I was having a heart attack on October 30, 2024, and went to the nearest place I could find for care. There is no excuse for making a person with a potentially life threatening condition sit in a waiting room for an hour while the staff openly mocks them. The girl responsible for checking people in openly makes fun of the patients to her coworkers, smirks when patients express anxiety, and callously takes to reading her book to ensure patients feel insignificant. She should be banned from healthcare, along with everyone that allows patients to be treated this way in an “Urgent” care facility.
