Brought my 4 year old son here early afternoon on a Saturday. In and out within 30 minutes with an ear infection diagnosis and prescription immediately called into pharmacy. Very easy, professional and would highly recommend.

Front desk was very helpful and understanding and professional. The initial tech who took my daughter‘s vitals, explained everything very thoroughly and was professional as well. The clinician who my daughter saw this evening was named Kayla. She was outstanding and very thorough through her explanation and her care. She was very clear on discharge instructions and referrals. Best of all my daughter was symptom-free after treatment. Furthermore, we left there with a very clear understanding of the issue and how to move forward with continued care

The two women at the desk were kind and fast. The nurses were quick to call in each patient. I had 6 ahead of me and was in with a nurse within 35-40 min. I had lost hearing in my left ear. Doctor Danielle E. was very informative, caring and patient. She provided ear flush and cleaning. I was in and out within 20/25 minutes with my hearing back to 100%! I recommend this place from my experience.

Stepdaughter went there. Call the doctor's office. Same medical cards worked at the doctor's office but the lady behind the counter, kept pushing in the wrong information. She was stung by a bee and he refused to see her. covered in hives. Refuse to see her, never go there. Especially if you're from troy, they only see brunswick, people and help brunswick, people.If you're from troy, you might as well just go to the hospital

The care I received at Albany med urgent care in Troy was exceptional. Check-in was flawless and immediate. The women at the desk were friendly and efficient. When I asked if they had a charging cord for my phone because it was dead, one of the women lent me her personal phone cord. Dr. Emily Bove remembered me from the fall when I came in for a similar issue. She also checked to see Pharmacy was open being that it was a Saturday. When it was not, she gave me a anabiotic to hold me over until I could get my prescription filled.
