I think I have a great doctor, but the staff of this place is horrible! I’ve seen him for four years now and I have never once had anybody call me back about results or anything. I have to call them and then sometimes they will tell me what I need to know and sometimes they’ll say they’ll call back which they never do. I’ve been waiting over a month for them to call me about an MRI on my liver. I finally went and got my own copy from the radiologist! What if there was something wrong! Sorry doc but I’m done.

Very efficient operation with courteous staff in each position. My provider, Taylor Harvey, P.A., is knowledgeable and thorough, providing a high level of care and follow up. I really appreciate that she comes across as loving her job and it’s reflected in patient service.

I am a long time patient of this practice. As a former patient of Dr. Gilday, who was my favorite all time physician, I was looking for a HCP with similar qualities. Dr. Volk was personable and quite familiar with my history; however, this was my first patient interact with him. We did agree that due to my history, a colonoscopy was in order. It was scheduled in March.

Ask questions, they will be answered. Follow the procedure directions carefully, you want accurate results and don't want to have to do it again, at least for a while. The people are nice, friendly, and professional and seem well-experienced. I was painlessly awake for my procedure, found it interesting, and was told the preliminary results immediately after the procedure which is a great relief if you understand what they are doing. I would go there again and do recommend it. You don't want to see photos;)

This was my first procedure there. I don't understand their policy of not allowing someone in the room with the patient. However, with the exception of one person who phoned me to reschedule the appointment, every single person was extremely professional and kind. I had irrational fears and everyone that I came into contact with on the day of the procedure was very patient and caring. Even the doctor (Dr. Gumustop who I had never seen before). I never felt rushed or that my concerns were in any way belittled. I'm extremely grateful.
