Albany ENT & Allergy Urgent Care

I had an excellent experience at Albany ENT & Allergy Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and efficient, which truly made a difference in such a busy practice. I was seen by PA Rachel McCormick, and she was absolutely outstanding—super attentive, kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the visit. I am especially thankful that this practice sees walk-in patients. From when I arrived, the receptionist was very cordial, which makes a great feeling to what to expect. Then, when I was called in a gentleman that checked over my throat, my nose, my ears, and a wonderful job explained everything as you did what he did to Check everything you set up a follow up as me taking a test for something that he discovered. I think he’s quite an asset to ENT I appreciate everyone for their service and I’m glad I went there because I was getting nowhere with just a regular doctors. Thank you for your service.

Waiting room was a bit warm, but honestly the wait wasnt too bad and once I was taken back to a room I was seen very quickly. The doctor did her due diligence to figure out what was wrong with me and explain everything to me. She even scheduled me a closer follow up because of what I do for work. Super grateful to have this place nearby since the other urgent cares had an idea but couldnt figure it out since they dont have the same equipment.

Medical care was very good. How I was treated as a disabled person was the worst I've ever encountered. More than a two hour wait (hour in waiting room and hour in the medical room). Check out was the worst. Long line, no chairs in the line for disabled to sit. Again, medical care was very good but getting to that care, I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Last week was the first time I was made aware of and went to the Albany ENT Urgent care. From the receptionist, to the tech and PA EVERYONE was helpful, efficient and friendly. For me just walking in without an appt my wait time wasn’t too long. Even though they did let me know it could be. The PA was very knowledgeable & was very thorough with her exam and questions. I was very impressed with my first and follow up visit and highly recommend this practice. I was pleasantly surprised when appt dates were given and I wasn’t waiting months to see a Dr or get scheduled for testing. Very efficiently run practice with a very kind, knowledgeable staff
