Albany Area Primary Health Care - Dawson Medical Center

Unbelievable..I’m not going to go into detail of my several bad experiences with staff, payments, and the dentist, but after several visits here, I will not be back to this office.. I did encounter a few nice experiences with the office manager, the hygienist, and the dental assistants.

Horrible for if you work a lot and dont have spare time to come get your glasses. Everytime I showed up the doctor was "at lunch". Showed up at 10am, 12pm, and even tried 1pm. Still haven't gotten my glasses as of the time of this post and they've been ready for 2 weeks.

Dr Dyer is a wonderful Dr! His nurse is also wonderful. However, the office staff is absolutely deplorable. They are all extremely incompetent. No one can or will take responsibility for any wrong doings. They all seem to be there to collect a paycheck but to do nothing for it. It is unfortunate that Dr Dyer has no idea how badly he needs a new staff . Again ,this is not against the medical services Dr Dyer or his nurse provides it is against his completely incompetent office personnel. Please get a new staff!

Kayla at the clinic in Dawson is the absolute best. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Takes great care of her patients! Would definitely recommend.

This was the worst medical experience of my life. I was ridiculed, berated and embarrassed by a Dr. St. Claire Sumaili, a foreign born doctor, who sequestered me in an unfamiliar room with a man I had never seen before, who was also a foreign born doctor, because I had missed appointments. Although asked for, neither the center, Albany Primary Health Care, or Sumail, herself has apologized.
