Albany Advanced Imaging

I normally go to this place for x-rays and MRIs and they’re pretty good with getting in and out of therebut I went today to get an x-ray for my back and when I arrived the lady said that the x-ray technician leaves at 3:30 nowhere on the website 3:30. Just kind of thought it would be nice information to have before driving all the way over there.

I went to the office last week after going through months of losing feeling in my arms and legs, loss of balance, very specific headaches and memory loss. I had 4 mri's and started receiving the results before I pulled out of the parking lot. The results were minor arthritis in my neck. I believe that they reviewed them as quickly as possible and don't care about the people that they are helping to treat. I am fighting for my life and I think they look at what they can see and don't look for what isn't right there.

There has been a few times I had to go a hospital because of the type of test needed. I prefer to go to Albany Advanced Imaging when I have a choice. I feel comfortable here. The staff is always nice as is all the technicians. Always professional, kind, and understanding. The scheduling time is always accurate so time spent there is kept to a minimum. Thanks.

The staff were helpful and professional and the MRI I got was literally 1/9 the price of the place closer to me (quotes attached). No bogus "surcharge" and a very fair price. I'll be doing all my medical imaging here from now on.

For better or worse I have been here many many times. I began going here before it was a Saint Peter‘s facility, when it was owned and run by the radiology group. I have nothing negative to say. Although I checked in online and had to repeat the same answers when I arrived, that is a small inconvenience. I was taken back within three minutes of arrival. I had my results an hour after the test was done. It is sometimes difficult to get someone on the phone, but you always get a callback. Shout out to Tony in MRI and Nicole the ultrasound tech. Much more accessible than going to the hospital for studies and they use the same electronic medical record as Saint Peter’s making the results readily available.
