Volker is hands down the best!!! A LMT who truly cares about his clients! He personally answered the phone, understanding the urgency of my situation he rearranged his personal plans and got me in within a few hours. Volker went above and beyond explaining everything he was doing and why. He texted after the appointment following up on me. Will recommend to anyone!

I was planing a vacation to Alaska, and scheduled a massage at Alaska Wellness factor using recommendations and a gift certificate from my Alaskan family. They advised me of this place because it is privately owned, and the owner is an educated skillful massage therapist with decades of experience. It was very smooth to book an appointment online. The business is located in midtown, only minutes from downtown, surrounded by multiple other businesses and restaurants which made it convenient for combining my shopping and dining plans. It was easy to find, and there was a dedicated parking spot right next to it, only -10 steps away, and accessible entrance. I seriously wish I lived in Anchorage just so I could see Volker on a weekly basis. He’s truly exceptional — far beyond the typical “relaxing” massage. His work is deeply therapeutic and precise. This was probably the best massage I have ever received. Volker made me incredibly comfortable and explained not only the techniques but also how they helped. He also provided suggestions for daily well-being and long term pain relief. Atmosphere is relaxing and comforting. Definitely recommend!
