Jolene has many techniques she uses to help get stubborn knots. She is very detailed to the muscles and finds problems I didnt even know I had. I always feel so relaxed after seeing her and she gives me helpful stretches. I love going to see her because she always knows what to work on when I explain my pains. Thankyou Jolene! <3

Jolene is highly recommended! I came in with extreme muscle tension and headache and she listened and incorporated different techniques to help my stress melt away. She went above and beyond and even showed me stretches to help afterwards. I will be back!

AMAZING!! Very relaxing atmosphere and Jolene knows what needs to be done. I have had a knot in my shoulder for years and I could feel it releasing as she was working the muscles. Definetly will be returning.
