your billing sucks beyond belief. You send customers to collections without sending out bills. Getting calls from collections before you do your part is astronomical. I will never use you again even if I'm dying. Please add o stars to this platform. Funny I have paid all my Providence bills were do these bills even show up. why did you choose this billing system.. its really sucks for the customers.

I received a statement in the mail, which I was unsure about. I spoke with Sarah, who was incredibly helpful — she was able to sort out the billing company for me so the correct payment could be made. Kind service, timely; and efficient. Thank you!

I got a phone call from Cornerstone collection on a bill. I did not receive a bill, a phone call or a voice message from you but you sent $158.74 to collections. I wish I could give zero stars on this review because your billing department is terrible. You can provide my phone number to collections but you cannot call that same number about a bill. Lesson learned, that will be my first and last time doing business with you.

Their billing is MESSED UP! They sent me to collections for $37.71 and I never received a notification that anything was wrong before that happened! I had 2 separate visits to Providence Imaging Center within a few months and wanted to pay my bill in full after they ran through insurance. I did not have a choice on who read my results. If I would have seen all of the SAME complaints in the reviews about the billing process/being sent to collections then there would be no way I would have given them my business. I have NEVER had an issue paying bills and have never had this happen in the 20+ years that I have been paying for my own medical care. As a healthcare professional in the business for 10+ years I am outraged at this Association’s business practices. Shame on them.

They really need to figure out their billing department because like all of the other reviews I see, same story, sent to collections without even receiving statements. They then tell me they can see I have opened emails with the statement yet everyone else is saying the same thing..that they’ve never received a statement before being sent to collections. Clearly it is their system. I don’t think this is patient error when this many people are complaining about the same thing! This is a billing/email issue on their end! I’ve never had issues with any other dr bill getting paid except for with them.
