I am a patient of Dr. Fiacco, who recently performed an arthodesis for two joints in my hind foot and is now monitoring and advising my recovery. She was very clear during my pre-op visits what to expect and so far has been spot on with the recovery timeline. My recovery has gone smoother than expected and the arthritis pain is completely gone. Dr. Fiacco was pro-active in mitigating risks that my other health issues posed.

You guys really do the job you know what you’re doing you know how to go about doing it and the results are great. I love the fact that the Physical Therapy downstairs is awesome. Annette is hands-on great love her dearly. She gets a job done in a really good way. Thank you to all of you. Who have helped me I know I’ll see you again but for now I’m a happy camper.

This is my second hip reconstruction with Alaska Fracture & Orthopedic Clinic -physical therapy. I’m 100 percent satisfied with them especially Robert and Christine. They are very dedicated in helping me recover from my surgery’s. I can’t say enough about their work ethics. They’re professional and very personable. I always looked forward to my next session. 👍🏻

I am very happy with the care I received at AFOC. I broke my ankle in July and had ORIF surgery shortly thereafter. I called the other popular orthopedic practice in town first as recommended by the urgent care I went to. It quickly became clear the other practice cared more about money than me. Even though I have great health insurance coverage. I never felt that at AFOC. Dr. Fiacco is a highly skilled surgeon who was there every step of the way. She responded to messages timely. I can hardly see my scar...you really have to look to see it. Additionally I went to PT at AFOC as well and felt the same level of professionalism and care from Yasmin and Christine in the therapy clinic. I just had my last PT appointment and I am fully healed and walking again! I am very thankful for all the car

I received physical therapy at this office after my surgery, and unfortunately my experience has not been positive. I often felt dismissed rather than supported in my recovery, and some interactions came across as controlling instead of collaborative. On more than one occasion, staff offered medical advice that conflicted with my surgeon’s instructions, which I felt was inappropriate and confusing. I also received very little encouragement during my visits — most of the feedback felt negative rather than supportive. I am working hard to heal and would have appreciated a more respectful, positive, and patient-centered approach.
