Dr. Wagner and Dr. Kapoor are great. I love them both. They are very caring doctors as is their staff. I feel really comfortable around all of them. I go to the Hampton office but have visited Suffolk and Chesapeake. They are wonderful. I truly am satisfied with them all.

My visit last June 17, kind a hard to explain, first did have problems in schedule then the supposed to be surgery canceled, but it’s a good thing and i am happy because the Doctor said my tear on my retina is healed. But i am just saying why my first visit the Doctor said there is tear on my retina? Big question and confused me. So now I am coming back to see another Doctor, by August, so hope and pray all will be good as well and will will rate about it then how it goes really. And hope, now my bill with them will not be a lot and they will help out if can’t afford to pay in full.

Dr Wagner is excellent, extremely knowledgeable, and has amazing, very caring bedside manner. Very friendly office staff. I love Dr Wagner!!
