Alan W Chang

Mr. Alan W. Chang is an outstanding doctor. He performed colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures for my parents, and we are very grateful for his care. He explained everything clearly, was very patient, and showed great professionalism throughout. What impressed us most was his kindness and the way he made my parents feel comfortable and cared for. It is rare to meet a doctor who combines such skill with genuine compassion. We deeply appreciate his help and highly recommend him to anyone in need of excellent care.

Horrible horrible service for this facility. The staff you have to go through to get information and to get an appointment is anything but customer friendly. If you ask any questions they get even worse to deal with, this is not a new issue. It’s been going on for years and even though you complain to the office manager, nothing seems to be done about it. You add this level of service to having to wait 5 months to get a basic appointment and you have to ask yourself why continue to put yourself through this to see Dr. Chang. Dr. Chang himself is the exact opposite of this level of patient care and communication so its amazing that it’s tolerated by his support staff. I love Dr Alan Chang and his clinical/Procedure staff. But the support staff for making appointment, follow-up reminders is really bad. No reminders for the followup procedure. I had to do all the reminders. Making appointment is such a pain and months out. When I called to make appointment, Dr Chang's calendar was booked and they said they will call me back - no call came through. When I call back the call goes through to voice mail always - with no followup.
