Alan T. Frampton PA

Alan Frampton himself is a perfectly competent provider, but I WILL NOT be going back to him because of his MA, Maria. She has been rude to both myself and my husband as we've tried to get my prescription filled. I went in mid December. It is now January 12th and the prescription is still not at my pharmacy correctly, despite requests from myself and the pharmacy to have it sent. We've called several times to get the issue resolved and the medical staff either did not understand what we were asking for, or completely ignored the messages we left. Maria acts as though we are the ones causing the problem, asking "Why didn't you call in sooner?" when my husband called two days after my appointment to follow up on the medication being sent. The real question is why wasn't the prescription sent

I just have to get on here to second what both of these people have said about Maria. I was there with my fiancé in the lobby, he was 11 minutes late for his appointment and Maria wouldn’t let him see Alan and while we were in the lobby we tried to call her 9 times to set up an appointment and she ignored all of the calls. He was out of his prescription and we live an hour and a half away. Maria is unbelievable.

Just like the other review from a year ago, Alan is an amazing doctor and he is super nice. But his assistant, Maria, is probably the worst and most rude person I have ever talked to. I have had 8 appointments for my Accutane treatment and every time I've had to deal with her it has made me not want to come back and the only thing that kept me going was he was the only doctor who could give me Accutane at that location with my insurance.

Just jumping on the bandwagon to say that Maria is intolerable. Like the bad cop to Dr. Frampton's good cop, but never in a helpful way.
