Overall, I am extremely impressed with the patient care and compassion at this office. I came in for an NCS and EMG tests for my wrist. As this was my first time, I had been experiencing anxiety for the procedure and was reassured by the staff before, after, and during the procedure. The entire staff-- from the receptionists to the technicians, and to Dr. Kimelman-- were empathetic and accommodating to my needs. I appreciate how they were open to hearing my concerns and they ensured I was comfortable before continuing with the procedures. I am extremely impressed with their patient care and bedside manners. I felt safe and looked after at this clinic. I had a positive experience and would highly recommend testing here to anyone who needs it!
