Alamitos Belmont Health and Rehabilitation

Over the years I have been fortunate enough to get to know some of the staff that work at Alamitos Belmont. My grandfather, my grandmother, and now my father, is a guest of their rehabilitation program. I can't thank the staff enough for the care that they have given and shown my family. I realize there are places that are parents would rather be; however, this is certainly a good stopping point to get the recovery and care that people need before moving on. Sharon, Ellie, and the rest of the staff have been a blessing to me and my family.

I’m so thankful for the team at Alamitos Belmont for the compassion, dedication and personalized care they provided to my mom during her time there. Special shout out to Monica who planned fun and engaging daily activities, crafts, special meals and treats, and amazing seasonal events! Monica always made sure to find my mom so that she could participate in whatever was going on. Dolores was also such a gem. No matter how busy she was, she always could give me a play by play of how my mom’s day was going every time I came for a visit. Dolores made a point to know what my mom needed and to make sure she got it. Also, Veronica the LVN was my mom’s biggest advocate, and I could always count on her to have my mom’s back (plus she was so patient with giving her meds). On top of that, their team

The staff here took such good care of my mom. I felt like she was being taken care of by family. Every staff was very nice and treated her very well. She also received really good physical and occupational. It’s bitter sweet, I am happy that my mom is coming home with me, but sad that she will lose a whole team that provided so much support. I’ve never been to a nursing home where I actually saw smiles on the patients faces. Thank you to everyone that cared for my mom. I really appreciate everything you did 🙏❤️

Monica in the Activities Department has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Watching her interact with residents and their families truly speaks volumes about her compassion and professionalism. She creates such a positive and welcoming environment. Because of the care and attention I’ve seen firsthand, I feel very confident recommending this skilled nursing facility to my colleagues who work at hospitals and regularly refer patients to SNFs. When you walk in Ellie always has a smile and greets you with a warm welcome. There are always family members visiting their loved ones and they are pleased with the care that is provided. The facility is clean and safe. Executive Director is very hands on, Staff is very attentive to the residents and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I enjoy my visits.I highly recommend this facility. .
