I highly recommend this place—10 out of 10! My son is on the spectrum, and the dental staff was incredibly kind and patient with him. We will definitely be returning. The dentist was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions without making us feel rushed at all. I absolutely loved our experience! Thank you so much to the staff for making this visit great. I also appreciate how they have screens for the kids to watch their favorite shows. They even gave my son a toy car. We received a goodie bag that included a toothbrush, some floss, and toothpaste, which was fantastic!

Routine visits were great. But my child’s first filling was painful for days; we returned and learned a gap had been left that trapped food and inflamed the gums. After a quick adjustment things improved, but the tooth has stayed problematic for the following months and now needs a redo—yet this location can’t see us for over a month. Our child is now scared of dental visits. We’re disappointed and hope the clinic improves quality control and priority scheduling for corrections.

My daughter had an amazing first visit with Dr. Sun! Both Dr. Sun and the staff were soft-spoken, gentle and calming throughout the entire process, which helped our 1 year old ease into her first experience with the dentist. They gave us a lot of helpful information, from brushing techniques, a list of safe foods and tips to avoid cavities as her teeth come in. Our appointment was quick, but we still felt like we had plenty of face time with the staff and dentist to share any concerns and ask questions!

Yesterday we went to the clinic for my child’s dental check-up. Dr. Sun was excellent — very polite, friendly, and professional. However, the nurse we saw had a very cold attitude, extremely distant. we did not like that nurse, and we hope that next time we come, we won’t have to see her again. In the past, we had an Asian nurse with very long hair who spoke Cantonese, and she was wonderful. But the nurse we saw yesterday was very cold to us.

They advertised heavily about a Halloween candy buyback, but only after I arrived did I learn it was only for existing patients. Unless you’re ready to become a new patient (and their only afternoon appointments were at 1:40 or 2:30), I’d suggest skipping this. It would be much better if they made these terms clear upfront to avoid wasting people’s time.
