Alabama Lions Sight.

I would like to share my own personal experience with the public about this eye clinic and it's staff including the optometrist that examined my eyes. I had my eyes examined by Mr Price through the mobile eye bus he examined me for glasses I had Mr Price make me a pair of glasses when I received my glasses in the mail I immediately put them on and to my surprise I couldn't see! Everything was blurry so I contacted the main office in Birmingham, Alabama I spoke with a woman who thought I had progressive lenses which I don't I tried explaining that to this woman but she didn't want to listen and then tried calling and always had to leave voicemails they were never returned so I then resorted to emails I emailed their director she informed me that the lady I spoke with had gotten me mixed up

I love my new glasses, very good qu!lity, great staff, will be a repeat customer, highly recomend.

Dr. OWEN was so rude to me! He has little patience for his patient's. He made me feel bad for not being able to read the chart. He said, "let's just not do this, you are apparently not ready for an exam!" He had just put eye drops in my eyes and they were blurry. He really made me feel very insufficient. Will not be seeing him again!

Can't figure out why they set appointments before anyone is here.. 7:10 and waiting till past 7:30. Do better

This is an amazing organization. They offer life changes eye care services at a very low cost for people who truly need them. The doctors and staff are kind and helpful. We're fortunate to have them in Alabama.
