I had many amazing experiences at Akron Animal! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made both me and my pets feel right at home. The facility is clean, well-organized, and filled with knowledgeable staff who truly care about the animals they work with. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided helpful advice on my pet’s health. You can tell that the team at Akron Animal is passionate about what they do, and it shows in the quality of care they provide. This review is about the kenneling service. Recently kenneled our dog Lucy 4 days. When picked up my wife was advised Lucy had diarrhea. Three days later Lucy is still having problems. We provided her regular food which never gives her a problem. Something is amiss there. It has been many years since we kenneled our dog Sadie there. She too had health problems after her stay there

I just want to thank Ellen the groomer and all of the staff for taking care of Haylo. He went in for a groom a few days ago. As a groomer myself, who was unable to groom him; They didn't hesitate to get him on their groomers busy schedule. Haylo has a number of health problems and the staff went out of their way to make sure it was a positive and safe experience for him and myself. He came home super happy, so soft, smelling amazing. He looks amazing. I cannot thank you all for everything you guys do for my babies. I know they are well taken care of and loved every time they come to you!

Dr Corrie and all of the staff at Akron Animal Hospital are top notch in customer service and knowledge. They all truly care about your pet and take the time to show that. I've been bringing my dogs here for years and would never even consider going elsewhere, even though it's not right around the corner for me. Dr Corrie has actually called me back herself, the same day, multiple times, to answer questions for me. You don't receive quality care like that at many places these days. Thank you for everything Akron Animal Hospital! Update: They're still the best 😊
