This man chiseled my teeth out with a pick & a mallet. The water being sprayed into my mouth was coming from a metal bucket on the floor. I did not know any of this was happening until it was too late. I’m never one to leave bad reviews, but this was the most horrific dentist I’ve ever witnessed in my life. All I can be grateful for is that they gave me a bunch of antibiotics to leave with. They seemed so nice, I had so much hope it was going to go nicely. That unfortunately wasn’t the case.

Dr. Islam was so nice, helpful and educational when we met. The office is a bit small and the building is older but it is clean and they were very accommodating. My daughter and I were very pleased to find a dentist able to help with her particular needs.

Sandra at the front desk was very rude and impatient! Talking over me, just to get me out the office. Boarder line bias and discrimination.. I believe this was race motivated and cruel behavior by a receptionist at this dentist office. If anyone can direct me to where I can file a complaint and or have her reprimanded I’d be greatly appreciated

Unfortunately the reviews are definitely true. The dentist has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Extremely rude and is very hostile and aggressive with your mouth.

It is impossible to even get an appointment. I have been calling for 4 weeks but no one ever, ever, ever answers the phone. Sometimes it rings and rings then goes to a voicemail. Sounds like it's a cell phone. Other times it doesn't even ring and just goes immediately to voicemail. I have tried calling on different days at different times in case they are only open certain days & times. Doesn't matter. No one ever answers.
