Im a behavioral health psychologist and I just have to say that Dr. Gupta is the absolute best that I’ve ever dealt with. He’s cutting edge. He’s knowledgeable. He’s friendly. He’s kind. I hope he doesn’t retire anytime soon. Brilliant physician with a heart of gold.

Was fine in person but has probably the worst communication possible. Messaged twice in 2 weeks first one ghosted and second one only mentioned one of my test results, nothing about how to proceed, and nothing about the other test. Then finally I got a response on how to proceed and my second tests results(a week of waiting later) and was sent to a clinic at parkview that hasn’t been in operation for 4 years and to a cardiologist that doesn’t accept outside referrals then was just told to go to the Cleveland clinic and fill out an application with no referral

Went to Dr. Gupta's office with my 81 year-old mother, after waiting one hour and 10 minutes she became agitated enough that we needed to leave. We checked in at the desk to let them know, no one was nice or apologetic to her for the inconvenience. She also then received a letter telling her that IU Health would have the possibility to drop her as a patient for missing her appointment. I do not know if Dr. Gupta is a good doctor, but I do know that he and his staff are very inconsiderate of their patients

Dr. Gupta was great! He is very knowledgeable, explains in detail and caring. He answered all of our questions and made me feel at ease. My only complaint was that I wish the receptionists were more welcoming. Barley looked up from the computer, took my license and insurance card, then told me to have a seat. Not a great first impression at my first visit by them. Obviously we aren’t there for the receptionists but first impression make a lasting impression.

Because we had traffic problems and we drive an hour and half to the office, we were 10 minutes late, and the front desk said we would have to reschedule the appointment, which I was able to do as a video appointment. At that time there was no one in the waiting room, so we didn’t understand why we couldn’t still see Dr. Gupta, who I totally love as my doctor. When I originally made the appointment, I was not told it could be a telephone visit. Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, because Dr. Gupta is a great doctor. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gupta to anyone. He is very professional and very kind and caring doctor. He always takes time with me at my appointments and very thorough!
