When every other orthodontist was telling us my children were not treatable with the severity of the overbites, Dr. Adair was confident that his approach would correct it without any potential surgeries. Halfway through their treatment, we moved out of state, but I decided to continue their treatment with Dr. Adair because I believe that what he is doing is the best option for my children. We visited several orthodontists and airway-focused dentists before finding Dr. Adair, and the difference was clear from our first consultation. His experience, confidence, and depth of understanding immediately stood out. We also appreciated that our boys weren’t placed into a one-size-fits-all treatment plan. Dr. Adair took the time to see them as individuals and created personalized plans. Even though we drive over two hours (one way) for each visit, it’s worth it. Being a Dental Hygienist is was important for me to find an orthodontist that was not just focused on cosmetics, but function and airway. Dr. Adair gets a full history of each patient and spends the time discussing their unique needs in order to establish the foundation of health as they grow into adults. My son’s behavior and sleep have dramatically improved in just 3 months of treatment. My daughter now has room for her permanent teeth to erupt and has a beautiful smile. I could not be happier with our decision to choose Dr Adair for this process for my son. He had been coughing chronically for years, and we were unable to pinpoint why or where it was stemming from. Other doctors did not help, and his dentist believed he primarily needed orthodontics for aesthetic reasons.
