Airline Drug

The pharmacy staff here has been rude on more than one occasion. There was one young lady at the window in the drive through that was somewhat pleasant. There was a lady that came to the window to chastise me if you will , who I later learned was a tech. I went to pick up my script that I have filled for years at one pharmacy or another. I have Never had to present an ID for this med, EVER. It is not a controlled medication. The tech made the young lady ask me for my license before giving it to me. When I asked why I needed my license. The tech told me that it was the Federal law that I Must show my license in the state of Louisiana. I have never shown my license, in fact my husband and daughter have picked up my scripts before. I explained that I will gladly show my license, but I kn

They are the only ones that had a nebulizer for my nephew. Got the run around from everyone else.

I can't believe I wasted years using Walgreens when this pharmacy was right next door. The customer service here is excellent, and I would much rather support a local business. The pharmacist noticed that I was prescribed an antibiotic which I might have an allergy to, and requested that I double check it. Turns out it was perfectly fine, but the fact that they cared enough to ask the question and were that thorough will make me a customer for life. Thank you for being a cut above the rest!

I was so hopeful when I started this pharmacy. Until! I went through the drive thru to pick up my medicine, paid and drove home. I didn’t look in to the bag until hours later. When I did, it was someone’s insulin. I was there to pick a tablet. There should have been no confusion. When I saw the mistake, I called them. They wanted me to bring it back to them. I said ok, I’ll be headed back to Bossier in a few hours. About an hour later, they called me and asked me where I was. I said it will be another hour or so. So, I bring it back. When I pulled up to the window, instead of saying thank you for bringing it back, the employee said did I refrigerate it. I said no! No one told me to and I know nothing about insulin! I drove off.
