Ahl and O'Connor Orthodontics

Yesterday was my son's first appointment. We were taken back on time and everyone was super nice. The women who took all the photos, Carolyn and the dentist himself were so kind and helpful. We have alot of work that needs to be done for my son but I feel confident I have him at the right place!

First orthodontist consultation appointment today for my 8.5 year old. The entire staff was friendly, thorough, and explained everything very clearly. They made me (mom) feel comfortable and asked many times if I had questions or concerns. They set a clear plan for what we needed to do, worked well with our schedule to set up our next 2 appointments with ease. I was nervous about the whole situation, and they definitely helped put me at ease. Happy we chose them and eager to see them transform my baby’s smile.

My son had an appointment this morning & I am so happy I chose this office for him. Everyone was so nice, Carolyn explained everything thoroughly & answered all of my many questions. Anita was very gentle with my son at taking all the pictures & X-rays needed. Lastly Dr. O’Connor was very professional & also answered everything I needed answered. They ALL were super nice & welcoming. They all made my son feel safe & made him feel better about the visit because he was very overwhelmed. I appreciate all of them so very much. I highly recommend this orthodontist. I can’t thank you all enough & look forward to coming back to finish the work my son needs. 🤍

Ahl & O’Connor Orthodontics has been absolutely amazing! The entire team is incredibly personable and welcoming, and their communication throughout my daughter’s treatment has been excellent. We always felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dr. O’Connor is outstanding—skilled, attentive, and truly invested in her patients’ results. Thanks to her and the wonderful staff, my daughter now has a beautiful smile after finishing her braces treatment. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend!

We have not been as happy with our A&O experience as we were hoping we would be. We just had our daughter back to the office after a weekend long wire poking the back of her mouth because the wire was not attached in the bracket correctly and she didn't notice it until she got home from her Thursday afternoon appointment. They were closed Friday and of course all weekend. We then had to make another trip to A&O and nothing was said like "hey this happened bc XYZ or hey we are sorry this happened", nothing was barely said to my daughter at all. I am not sure we plan to stay with them in the future unfortunately. I do appreciate the finance department and they are a pleasure to work with. EDIT: They did call me, apologized and we talked through some stuff which showed alot of characte
